Georges de Tilly

joined Jardine Fleming/JPMorgan in Hong Kong in 1994 to develop an Asian fixed income activity. He left the firm in 2001 as a Director of the group which had become a recognized leader in secondary and primary non-rated Asian debt trading and structuring with a focus on new issues, out of the money convertibles and distressed credits. Mr. de Tilly was directly responsible for the development of the activity in distressed debt and traded over 100 non-rated Asian credits from 10 Asian countries. Prior to joining Jardine Fleming, he worked from 1986 to 1990 with Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York, last as a Vice President in the High Yield Bond Department, distributing and structuring non-rated or high yield credits. From 1990 To 1993, Mr. de Tilly worked in Mergers and Acquisitions with Drueker & Co. in Frankfurt. Mr. de Tilly holds an MBA from INSEAD in France and a Masters of Science from MIT in the USA.

Mattias Lamotte

runs the Beating the SPY Fund which aims to beat the SPY ETF with algorithmic trading strategies. Mr Lamotte has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. He was the CIO of Prosperity Capital between 2008 and 2012. Prior to Prosperity Capital, he co-founded GaveKal Capital in 2002 where he was co-manager of the GaveKal Asian Balanced Fund since its inception in April 2003 until February 2006. He graduated with an Engineering degree from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College in June 1993. He is a member of the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in VB.NET and a Python computer programming language expert.

Robin Favre

has 20 years of experience in financial markets, 13 of which in Asia. His experience includes dealing in and pricing Equity Derivatives at Credit Lyonnais Securities in Zurich, OTC Options at Sunrise Brokers LPP an inter-dealer broker based in London as well as Structured Products and Alternative Investments at Fortis Bank in Geneva and Hong Kong. In 2006 Mr. Favre joined Link Asset & Securities in Hong Kong as the Head of the Exotics and Asian Emerging Equity Markets desks. In 2010 he founded D’Aguilar Capital, a Hong Kong based research & data analysis firm developing quantitative models. Mr. Favre has managed proprietary capital since January 2011 and external assets since 2015 through a SMA and a sub-fund, Backbone Asia Fund SA. The strategy generated above average returns which can be discussed with Qualified Investors upon request. Mr. Favre holds a degree in Applied Econometrics, University of Geneva, Switzerland and certificates in Algorithmic Trading from the University of Oxford as well as in Machine Learning from Stanford University.
